Phlint.ai designs and delivers custom AI agents for businesses, using vetted engineers from our network. The Site describes our services and lets you request a project. Information on the Site is general and for business purposes only.
2. Project requests, quotes and agreements
- Submitting the project form is a request for information. It does not create a contract or oblige either of us to start a project.
- Prices shown on the Site are starting points. The final scope, fixed price, timeline, payment milestones and deliverables for any project are set out in a separate written project agreement.
- If anything in a signed project agreement conflicts with these Terms, the project agreement controls for that project.
3. Your responsibilities
When using the Site, you agree to:
- Provide accurate information in your requests
- Not send information you do not have the right to share
- Not use the Site for anything unlawful, harmful or fraudulent
- Not attempt to hack, overload, scrape or disrupt the Site
4. AI limitations
AI systems can make mistakes, produce inaccurate output, or behave unexpectedly. AI agents should be monitored, and their output reviewed, especially for legal, medical, financial or other important decisions. AI agents we deliver are tools to support your business and do not replace professional advice or human judgment.
5. Third-party services
AI agents often rely on third-party services, such as AI model providers, CRMs, email or messaging platforms. Those services are governed by their own terms, pricing and availability, which may change. We are not responsible for third-party services, their outages or their changes.
6. Intellectual property
The Site's content, design, text, graphics and logos, including the Phlint.ai name and logo, belong to us or our licensors and are protected by law. You may view the Site for your own business use, but you may not copy, reproduce or resell its content without our written permission. Ownership of anything we build for you is set out in your project agreement.
7. Links to other websites
The Site links to our sister sites (ailists.ai, aiagentsfor.you, allaicodes.ai and aifoundersin.ai) and may link to third-party websites. Each website is governed by its own terms. We are not responsible for third-party websites.
8. Disclaimer
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Phlint.ai and Global Web Directory will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, data or business, arising from your use of the Site. Our total liability relating to the Site will not exceed one hundred US dollars (US $100). Liability for paid projects is governed by the project agreement.

11. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute relating to the Site will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Monterey County, California, unless the law requires otherwise.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be posted on this page with its effective date. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
